NTU North Hill Hall of residence is a proposed new erection at Nanyang Technological University, consisting of 1700 units of student hostels and apartments in 6 blocks of 13-storey towers. This project is the first large-scale high-rise development in Singapore utilizing the Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) system.
