My further exploration of leadership style through one of the papers in ICL has been enlightening. The Yukl’s book “Leadership in Organizations” for instance had highlighted the importance of blending various leadership approaches such as behavioral, situational, adaptive, strategic, and cross-cultural. By adopting these styles, I may improve my decision-making skills and my ability to lead change effectively for every construction project that I will handle in the future.
